I really want this to be good, but I am really afraid that it is going to be very Meh. I really do like Seth Rogen and I enjoy Michel Gondry's directing, but I am afraid that this will be just all right. Cameron Diaz kind of ruins it for me too, for some reason I just can't stand her. It has a pretty amazing cast, besides Diaz, and hopefully Gondry has done good things with it. We'll see.

Agreed. I bet most people have no idea who the green hornet is, and when they see Seth Rogen in it they are probably going to think it's some crappy superhero parody. I'm not sure which will tank harder Green Hornet or that CGI Yogi Bear movie. Care to make it interesting?
ReplyDeleteI agree Coop. Most people don't have a clue who The Green Hornet is. It will def tank harder than Yogi. And Chewie is right, Cameron diaz throws a BIG red flag. She does suck.
